Togo Teb makes every effort to deliver its products to customers in perfect health and excellent quality. However, consumers and customers may encounter issues in which case Togo Teb Tabriz guarantees to return the products and, if requested by the customer, will promptly take action to refund the money.



Togo Teb products have a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice issuance.
The replacement warranty is designed to provide after-sales service and customer satisfaction, and guarantees that if the sole of the shoe is damaged under normal conditions, the shoe will be repaired or replaced for free for 6 months after purchase.
The shoe warranty is only valid if the product is used properly, as determined by the company's expert. Any damage to the leather with sharp objects, consumables such as laces, insoles, or using the shoe under abnormal conditions is outside the company's warranty.
Obviously, Togo Teb does not bear any responsibility for products that have been damaged due to improper use by the consumer or products that have been used for a long time and have reached the end of their useful life.

Customer comfort and satisfaction have always been the priorities of the Togo Teb Tabriz production group, and this unit strives to ensure that each order reaches customers in the desired and expected conditions. However, respected customers may encounter issues after purchasing, in which case services are considered within the framework of after-sales services. Considering the product group presented on the Togo Teb website, all products have a guarantee of authenticity and physical health. However, the conditions for returning the product using the 2-day return guarantee are possible under the following conditions.

  • If the purchased product has a defect or technical problem.
  • If the purchased product differs in specifications or physical appearance from the website information.
  • If the purchased product has damage or physical or visual defects.
  • If the discrepancy is visible without using the product, such as the color or specifications listed, the product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Any technical problems or defects must be reported to Togo Teb's after-sales service department via phone or in person within 2 days of receiving the product.

Note: Product photos are for information and to help customers make purchases, and since some details may differ from the original product, no discrepancies can be declared based on them. 

* This service is only available if the product is returned to Togo Teb Shoes & Leather in its original carton or box. Labeling or writing descriptions, addresses, or anything else on the product's original carton or box, or tearing or defacing it, will void the return guarantee.

Yes; All purchased shoes can be exchanged for a size. Please note that the size exchange will only be made if the product is sent to the company without any defects or problems. To exchange the size and receive a new size, be sure to contact the company so that the desired size is available.

Note: Size change is only possible once.

  • If a technical defect, physical discrepancy, or apparent damage is confirmed by Togo Teb's shoe after-sales service experts, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the Togo Teb production group.
  • To deposit postage into the customer's account, a postal receipt with the postal company's stamp must be sent to the company's address along with the products.
  • If the defect or discrepancy is not confirmed by Togo Teb Tabriz experts, the cost of sending and receiving the products back will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please refrain from sending the product without coordinating with the after-sales service of Togo Teb Production Group.
  • For shipping, products must be well packaged and shipped in their original box or carton.
  • Labeling or writing descriptions, addresses, or anything else on the original carton or box of the products, or tearing or defacing it, will void the return guarantee.
  • If necessary, write your explanation on the back of the purchase invoice or a separate piece of paper.
  • The invoice should be sent with the products and write the problem on the back. If sending by priority mail, staple the postal receipt to the invoice. If the invoice is not sent with the order at the buyer's request, print the preliminary invoice or write the order code and your purchase details on a separate piece of paper.
  • If you live in other cities, use Pishtaz Post to return the product. It should be noted that the costs of returning products other than Pishtaz Post are the responsibility of the customer and the company has no obligation for these costs. However, the Pishtaz Post fee will be deposited into the customer's account upon presentation of the invoice and receipt of the postal company based on the postal company's tariffs and in accordance with the company's rules and instructions, after confirming the after-sales service. Since the deposit of the shipping fee is subject to receiving a postal receipt, to be sure, send the receipt to the stapled invoice and along with the package.
  • Avoid writing the address on the original box or carton of the products, and if necessary, place the original box of the product inside another carton and send it.

  • Togo Teb Production Group's after-sales service experts examine and control the defects reported by the customer. If the defect, discrepancy or damage is confirmed by the company's experts, the product will be replaced or the customer can replace their product with another model. It should be noted that the replacement of the product is subject to its availability in the company's warehouse. If the inventory is exhausted during the examination and during the expert testing and necessary measures for replacing the product; the company will send another product, at the customer's choice, or deposit the returned product into the customer's account. 
  • Obviously, if another product is selected, the difference in price between the new product and the returned product (the amount included in the invoice) is calculated and settled before shipping. For the more expensive product, the customer pays the difference, and for the cheaper product, the company deposits the difference into the customer's account.
  • If the product inventory runs out, the company has no obligation to supply the same product and only accepts the obligation to refund the product amount stated in the invoice to the customer.
  • After the company receives and accepts the products, depending on the type of product and the problem reported by the customer, the testing and final opinion of the after-sales service experts will take an average of 48 working hours. After-sales service technical experts are required to comply with the standards, guidelines, and procedures announced by the manufacturing company to test the products, but after-sales service will make every effort to increase the speed of testing and expertise and respond to the needs of our valued customers in the shortest possible time.
